Google 收购Motorola，Nokia、Samsung各方反应

Google 在刚刚发布了劲爆消息，他们以125亿美元的价格收购了Motorola Mobility 。

而此次收购并非简单的“软硬结合”,Google 官方也在Blog 上表示，由于Motorola 是哦上握得一些移动通信上的专利，此次收购可更好的减小Android 的成本。

据了解由于微软手握一些专利，即便是在Android 手机上，HTC 每卖出一部Android 手机，就要向微软缴纳5美元的专利使用费。而Google 买下Motorola 可能更多也是基于类似原因。
