我承认我火星，刚刚知道 OpenOffice 跟 Firefox 一样可以装扩展……

先普及啥叫 OpenOffice 吧，这是一个可以用来取代 MS Office 的强大软件，支持多种平台，免费的哦！官方网站在此（中文版）。

废话不多说，来看扩展吧：

1. Sun PDF Import Extension
OpenOffice 只支持把文件导出为 PDF，这个扩展可以帮助你导入 PDF，并可以更改日期、数字和一部分文字。不过好像有时候会把文字导成图片格式。
Sun PDF Import 现在仍是 beta 版本，并且只支持 OpenOffice 3.0 。

2. Professional Template Pack II – English
好像是个模板包，包括了商业信函，预算和项目计划，活动海报，发票，票据，分钟，新闻稿，个人信等多种模板。
安装后在 文件 -> 新建 -> 模板和文档 菜单下。

3. OpenOffice.org2GoogleDoc
这个扩展可以让你方便地从 Google Docs, Zoho 或者任何 WebDAV 服务中导入和导出文件，支持格式如下：.odt .sxw .doc .rtf .ods .xls .csv .ppt .pps
需要 java 6 支持。

4. Writer’s Tools
拥有多种功能的全能型扩展，包括：从多个在线词典中查词，将文件备份到指定邮箱，在文件间建立超链接，单位转换，收藏文件为书签，每日一词等等。

5. LanguageTool
一个检查英语、德语、波兰语、荷兰语等多种语言中的错误的扩展。

6. Creative Commons Licensing
帮助你在文件中加入 CC (Creative Commons) 协议。

7. Data Form
好像是能达到 Excel 里面的 数据 -> 形式 功能的一个扩展。（我没太看懂，也没找到Excel里面的这个功能在哪儿 -_-）

8. Modern Impress Template
30 多个幻灯片模板。

9. Sun Presenter Console
在使用幻灯片做演示时，这个扩展可以让投影屏上正常播放幻灯片，而在显示屏上提示下一张幻灯片或者显示备注。

    @cdds: 搜了一下，据说ms占用更少，但就免费好用来说，还是首推OOo，再说那点儿资源也算不上什么

    相比之下，openoffice和office及wps在易用性上还有一定差距。不过linux下没有办法，只能用了。

    统计字数不方便
    M$Office ，一个字符是一个英文符号，一个字是一个中文符号

    Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
