这个跟加州大鱿鱼事件不同的是，沃尔玛大鸡鸡只是两个学生(Nicolas Lampert 和 Micaela O’Herlihy)的拼贴画而已，为鸡鸡通缉令(Attention Chicken!)系列作品之一，画中的鸡有三米多高(via)。

鸡鸡通缉令活动从2006年10月发起后，已经侵占了woods、沃尔码、Ave 等大型超市，势力遍布全美各地。
