变幻摩天楼 29

迪拜打算建造世界上第一座会动的摩天楼。这栋楼计划80层，每一层都是事先建造好的，各层之间可以独立旋转。意大利建筑师David Fisher在一个新闻发布会上说：“这将是第一个可旋转，变化，改变形状的建筑，没有任何相同的时刻”。

这个420米高的建筑能够作360度旋转，环绕着中心的转轴，依靠安置在每层之间的79个巨大的风力涡轮机提供能量，这些能量都将由涡轮机产生，甚至还有剩余。每一个层转一圈需要1到3小时，造价3700万到3.6亿美元。

除此之外也有在莫斯科建造类似摩天楼的计划。这个楼预计耗资70亿美元，2010年完工。 link
