邮寄孩子 29

这是一张邮递员把一个孩子放在包里的照片。1913年，包裹寄送服务开始运行。至少有两个孩子通过该服务被邮寄了，他们的衣服上被贴上了邮票，和其他包裹一起通过铁路，继而是邮递员，送到他们的目的地。邮政总局在听到了上面这个例子以后，立刻签署了法令，禁止邮寄孩子。
