南非，现年21岁的残疾人赛跑选手Oscar Pistorius，近日赢得了与国际田联(IAAF)的诉讼官司，允许他使用高科技假肢参加北京2008奥运会。也就是说只要Pistorius 的速度达到奥运会参赛标准，他就有可能作为南非代表团的一员与其他普通运动员同台竞技。via

# Oscar Pistorius 目前是400米跑残疾人奥运会记录的保持着，媒体戏称他为Blade Runner. Pistorius 因为出生时的残疾，在他11个月时双腿便被截掉。

# Pistorius 现在的成绩是46.33秒，而参加奥运会400米跑的资格是45.55秒，在接下来的日子他将继续努力冲击这个数字。

IAAF委托科学家对假肢进行了分析，结论如下： 到达相同的速度时，Pistorius比其他选手节省了25%的能量支出；
虽然跑步成绩接近，但Pistorius本身的体能状况没有其他选手突出；
不管是从垂直的地面反作用力或是冲击力来看，Pistorius的义肢很明显与正常小腿踝关节的生物机械作用机制不同；
就正向施力或反作用力而言，J型Cheetah义肢超过正常踝关节的三倍；
跑步脚步着地时，J型Cheetah义肢的能量损失只有9.3% ，而正常的踝关节则损失41.4%，也就是说，义肢的机械优势大概是正常脚踝的30%。

    拒绝参赛同样也不公平，正常运动员何尝不在利用外界的帮助提高自己的运动水平。现在短跑成绩都是依赖科技进步得以不断提高，是不是很不公平呢。要讲公平，不如大家都赤脚，裸体一起跑才对，如果真这样，我坚决反对Oscar Pistorius借助义肢参赛，:)

    把这个器械从后部贴在正常人的小腿上，固定。
    令其脚踝及整个脚掌悬空，也应该可以发挥作用。
