招聘翻译编辑2名，具体如下：

1、经常浏览英文网页，比如 digg、 boing boing 等等等等
2、了解 html 和创作共用协议
3、认同煎蛋精神，喜欢与大家分享，自愿成为众人唾骂的无良小编

* 另外招聘视频编辑1名，无需翻译，只需经常挖掘最囧最惺 煋的国内视频即可。

注2：无需经过很黄很暴力的测试

    @guo 呵呵，以前的收益支出在内部 group 有公示，很长一段时间没有广告商找我们了，现在 google adsense 的收益很少，存在那里作为以后的服务器基金吧
