英政府是如何处理一只碎灯泡的 25

话说英政府办事程序之严谨琐碎是很有名的，比如如何处理一只打碎的灯泡，须按如下程序执行：

  1. 带上防护手套
  2. 再戴上防护面具
  3. 打开盒子(很坚固的那种)
  4. 把较大的灯泡碎片放进盒子
  5. 用硬纸片打扫其他碎片
  6. 用湿布清理
  7. 把湿布也放进盒子
  8. 把盒子密封
  9. 在盒子外面贴上标签
  10. 将密封的盒子放到废品区并转交处理

    因为碎灯泡必须打碎的人自己按以上步骤处理，所以英政府里基本没有碎灯泡。

    我觉得，看看这个我们不能嘲笑人家“繁文缛节”。这恰恰是人家ZF的细心和人文关怀的体现。处理的小小的灯泡看似很繁杂，从科学的角度理解，这正是最严谨的处理方法啊。
