Gmail 的验证码侮辱了我?！ (图) 23

plumphoGmail 的验证码(点击右图放大）侮辱了这位来自加拿大的女士朋友吗？她的回答是：Yes, yes it is.

#tobe 这位来自加拿大的朋友在注册 Gmail 时，遇见了这样的验证码：plumpho . 对我这样的英文小白来说是感觉不到侮辱的，因为我查遍手头上的词典也没能找到这个单词，google之也只有三个结果符合，可还是没能领会其中的侮辱之意。于是乎，我只能逐条看下面的评论，终于被我挖到了其中奥义。原来plumpho是 plump whore 的谐音，这下你也知道为什么来自加拿大的这位女士不满了吧-。-

遇见这样的事儿是 Google 的错还是自己想多了呢？

P.S. plumpho 其它解释：有人说它应该是 plum pho,Pho 是越南人吃的一种面食；也有人说是 plump ho，ho 是一种类似敲门锤的园艺工具。

    上次注册一个外国网站的时候连续输错两次验证码，第三次的验证码居然是foolish！当时真的哭笑不得。。。

    inSeek,的爱好还真奇特呢~
    可惜我常用的几个网站的验证码都是数字。。。
    呵呵，不过要是位数够的话，搞不好哪天会刷出自己的手机号什么的呢~
    不过今天以上午光刷flickr了~嘻嘻嘻~
