Afetr I finish my homework, I often go online and chat with my friends. Sometimes I play Internet games. But my parents hate to see me playing games on the computer. Maybe they have heard too much news about how QQ and Internet games harm children Once I went to a net bar to play games after school. But after that I told my parents that I was playing basketball at school. I said so because I didn’t want to make them unhappy. I feel bad about it. 放松的方式有很多，如果只是选择玩电脑的话,那可以说是沉迷于网络，如果只玩游戏的话，那可以说是沉迷于网络游戏。这是非常可怕的事情，家长肯定很担心。那想让家长放心呢，应该多参与别的课外活动，然后和家长商量每周上网时间。这样让家长觉得你在他们的控制范围内，就OK了。为了争取多点上网时间，可以找出一些这样的理由：因为刚刚开始试着脱离网络，总要有个循序渐进的过程…… 关于这方面有陶宏开先生的《拯救上网成瘾的青少年》。祝你和家长处的愉快。
